Elimination Diets

An easy way to do an elimination diet.

1. First find our the common allergenic foods that you consume, such as soy, dairy, citrus, wheat (gluten), nuts, etc. Pick as many foods as you like and eliminate them for about 4 weeks. One rule of thumb is that if you crave a food, this might actually be the one you are allergic to.

2. If your symptoms go away, you can reintroduce one food at a time for about 5 days each, taking care to note how you react to the reintroduction. If you begin to have problems, you have found your cause.
