Yes, there are healthy fats. Here are some:
Saturated Fats - Butter, coconut and palm oils (extra virgin, not refined)
Monounsaturated Fats - Avocados, almond oil, grapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil.
Polyunsaturated Fats - Chia seed oil, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, hemp oil, sunflower oil, herring oil, salmon oil, sardine oil.
other natural sources of fats that are good include: omega-3 free range eggs, wild caught fish, seeds, and nuts.
Don't be fooled into thinking that all saturated fats are bad, they aren't.
